Hi! I'm Ky,

I'm a busy working mom, certified Pilates and yoga instructor, and stress management coach with a Master's degree in Kinesiology.

I created this Fall Into Balance Challenge after 19 years of teaching women how to physically and mentally thrive during their stressful, hectic lives. The challenge will help you tone and connect your body so you can move with ease and grace, focus and calm your mind so you can be present and engaged, and sustain your spirit so you can fully live your life, even during the most intense times.

Absolutely! The workouts are designed to be multi-level experiences. I offer modifications and support for more challenging exercises and explain the basics and fundamentals so you understand what you're doing. I've been teaching Pilates for almost 20 years, and as a Master Teacher Trainer for Balanced Body, I know how to modify any and every exercise! I'll also have live check-ins throughout the week to answer your questions and give you extra support!

I hear ya sister! With online schooling, covid-19, and all the other things I'm busier than I've ever been too! That's why these workouts are designed to fit into your life - each workout is about 20 minutes long so they can fit into the busiest of days.

I wanted to share what's helping me and my students not only survive but THRIVE during these challenging times!

No problem! At the Blessful Body we adhere to the ALL OR SOMETHING philosophy. 

Because I know you have many obligations in your life, and sometimes those obligations will get in the way, I've designed the workouts to be beneficial even if you miss some days. Something is better than nothing, and you'll feel amazing after one workout!

Absolutely not! I've successfully taught my TRI-Core Method of Pilates to folks ages 7 - 97 and everywhere in between! 

I've taught all sizes, shapes, and abilities too. Since I focus on intention and building strength from the insdie out, my workouts are easy to follow, modify, and accomplish for everyone!

*** Caveat - if you're looking for a screaming drill sergeant who's going to lead you through a thousand painful sit-ups I'm not the teacher for you! I know you get the best results by working mindfully, with proper technique, and attention to detail. You'll still work hard - but you'll also be working smarter too!

If that doesn't appeal to you then you probably won't like my work. 

Pilates and yoga are well known for helping to relieve stress, and they do. My workouts utilize my TRI-Core Method to prioritize stress relief by combining movement, breath, and intention to holistically help your body flush stress hormones, and release stressful energy.

As a stress management coach I combined the TCM workouts with stress management tools for this challenge to help you fully manage stress. 

I know this is an incredibly stressful time and we need all the stress support we can get!

It is always advisable that everyone consult with their doctor or other medical professional before beginning any exercise program, especially in injured or not used to working out.

You will be working under your own supervision and I urge you to listen to your body and avoid any discomfort while participating in any exercise.
